A careful check before submission
We compare your prepared pack with the buyer’s stated instructions and flag preventable omissions: unsigned schedules, inconsistent registered names, evidence outside its validity period, unanswered declarations and attachments that cannot be linked to a requirement.
You receive a readiness note and a marked requirements list. We explain uncertainty, but we do not invent answers, alter declarations, contact the buyer on your behalf or promise that your supplier application will be accepted.
This scope works best when the buyer has issued clear onboarding criteria and your draft pack is substantially complete. Allow at least two business days before the submission deadline. Fees begin at R3,900 excluding VAT and are confirmed after we see the blank requirements pack.
